Accountant
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage general accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in financial operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant, preferably within an EoR, payroll, or international finance environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Fluency in English
